Once programmed, simply insert an ESE pod and press your chosen button. CANDI takes care of the rest.

ESE stands for Easy Serving Espresso.

An ESE pod is a ready-to-use portion of roasted, ground and compressed coffee enclosed between layers of food-grade filter paper.

Each standard pod contains approximately 7g of ground coffee and measures approximately 44mm.

The coffee is already: Pre-dosed, Pre-ground, Pre-compressed.

That means there is no need to grind beans, measure coffee or tamp the grounds before brewing.

ESE removes several manual steps from making espresso while keeping the experience remarkably straightforward.

There is no grinding, no weighing and no tamping before every cup. The coffee stays neatly contained inside the filter paper, helping keep your coffee area cleaner.

Because the coffee quantity, pod dimensions and compression are standardized, there are also fewer preparation variables from cup to cup.

A Cleaner Coffee Routine.

CANDI makes ESE even easier.

After brewing, the used pod is automatically discharged into the internal collection container. You don't need to remove the pod after every cup.

When it's time to empty the machine, simply pull out the removable container.

Insert → Brew → Automatic Ejection → Enjoy

CANDI's adjustable cup support can be raised or lowered to accommodate different cup sizes — from a small espresso cup to a large espresso cup.

CANDI's 1-litre removable water tank makes refilling straightforward, while removable components make routine cleaning easier.

The machine also features a hot-water rinse function, allowing water to flow through the coffee outlet without an ESE pod installed.

And with an approximate 60-second warm-up, you won't be waiting long for your first coffee of the day.
