What are iSGO's refund policies?

Please contact our customer service via e-mail or telephone (852) 37912575 (10:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday, except public holidays) to make your request on refund within 7 days from the date of your receipt.

We will record your request then. Place the item(s) you wish to return in its original packaging and the original order invoice in the bag/box that your order arrived in. If there are any gifts and accessories for the purchased items, they must be returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt as well.

The return item(s) must be received by us no later than 14 days from the date of your receipt. If the item is in saleable conditions, our customer service team will proceed further for the refund.

I have some quality issues with my product

For items with quality issues, please bring along to us or contact your local courier service to collect the package and we will bear the delivery costs for return later on. Customers need to pay the delivery charges at first. Please attach the invoice of delivery charges for return and we will pay back the costs together with your refund/exchange.

The below reasons are treated as normal conditions but not a quality issue:
– Any minor color difference varies from the product photos may be due to the lighting for photo shooting, the resolution of display monitor or personal perception. – The size chart shown in our web site is a general guideline. Any minor size difference varies from the product specification may be caused by the different measuring methods.

Please check and try the product to ensure that whether it is in good condition. The request on return will not be accepted after 7 days for refund and 14 days for exchange after the date of your receipt.

How do i exchange items?

We will record your request then. Place the item(s) you wish to return in its original packaging and the original order invoice in the bag/box that your order arrived in. The return item(s) must be received by us no later than 21 days from the date of your receipt. If the item is in saleable conditions, our customer service team will proceed further for the exchange.

How do I send my items i wish to return?

Please bring along to us or contact your local courier service to collect the return package and you will bear the delivery costs for return. It will be refunded only on faulty items or items sent in error.

Unaccepted criteria

We will not accept any return or exchange at iSGO retail shops for any online purchase. We will only accept your return provided that the item was purchased on www.isgo.com.hk.

We will not accept any return under below circumstances:
– exchange for other products;
– product label, certificates, warranty card or price tag was missed; – additional gifts or accessories were missed;
– package is damaged
– return made not within 7 days after the date of receipt.
– damaged item caused by improper use and handling.
